Vumatel - Lies and Confusion

So our office park had no Vumatel connection since Tuesday. Both myself and a neighbouring business were affected by this. I wrote to complain on Hello Peter and Thandazile called to explain that there was a problem in parts of Emmarentia and that they were sorting it our since Tuesday night. I have explained that although there is one street address there are two separate Vumatel subscribers on the same property. Thandazile promised to keep me updated but since yesterday NOTHING. This morning my neighbour had her connection restored but I still don't have a working Vumatel connection.
