Vumatel leaves sidewalk in dangerous condition for months in Rietfontein Pretoria

Vumatel allowed contractors to dig up municipal sidewalks in Rietfontein for fibre optic cables. Contractor's name was never supp**** and they left the sidewalk in a dangerous condition without any communication. Due to the hole dug in the ground not being compacted properly, it keeps getting bigger. Yesterday I realized pedestrians can get hurt in the dark by stepping in this hole,so I TRIED filling it. Now I have a back spasm and excruciating pain, because Vumatel did not follow legal contract supervision processes.
