vumatel-laying fibre to damage your property

vumatel came into my area to start trenching to lay fibre,they use machines to go under brick imprint paving as they cannot lift it like normal paving bricks to replace.they damaged my brick imprint paving and I took it up with the guys onsite-they say they will escalate-this happened 3 times.6 weeks layer,they came to repair their shoddy workmanship,just to provide a shoddy repair work.i get their agents calling me to sell me fibre connection,but after I tell them I wont until they fix my paving,needless to say,the sidewalks are also in a mess.they say they will escalate and mail me the proof-nothing happens-that was twice.i have now sent mails to them directly,and have received 2 mails back with nothing but excuses,laying the blame at vodacom,(who weren't here when they messed up my property)and then saying the council has suspended their work.the person mailing me won't take accountability either as there is no name on the mails. please people-be very wary of these teams-they promise you they will repair whatever,just sol long as they can lay their network,and then leave you high and dry with damaged property and empty promises.refuse them the chance to ****** up your property-you will regret it!!!!!!
