VUMATEL - LACK OF SERVICE & FALSE ADVERTISING

VUMATEL CAPE TOWN- The service received from them has been beyond PATHETIC. It has now been an ongoing issue of over 2 months and still each time the problem is not communicated correctly to the necessary outsourced installation companies (I refer here to Nano). Vumatel has little to no communication between THEMSELVES or the other parties involved (Nani & Webafrica). The only reason we went with Vumatel is because our area was advertised as having Fibre infrastructure already existing with them. So not only have we had poor service we have also been victim to FALSE ADVERTING !!!!!! If possible please use this as a warning to AVOID VUMATEL as far as possible. Truly disappointed.
