Vumatel lack of service

Hi, just wanted to know if anyone has experienced low customer service / experience with vuma. Made payment 2weeks back as requested by them, and have since requested them to come re-install the router but they have been going round around and still no service and have been chatting to about 10 of their consultants and still no assistance. It's almost month end and I made payment but haven't used the wifi.
