Vumatel keeping up its 1-star reputation

I try to become a client of Vumatel's fibre network in Potchefstroom since March (first through Vodacom and now through Vox as ISP). Vox and Entrutech Potchefstroom are really trying their best to make this connection happen, but Vumatel is simply pathetic. From the damage to my driveway (in two places) due to their trenching, to a technical issue from Wednesday 28 April (Micro-Fit fault?), where, they just do not care. Even with Vumatel being the only fibre supplier to my address, it is expected that average (not even good) service is provided. Vumatel is most certainly living up to their 1-star reputation.
