Vumatel it's the worst service provider

Worst service provider ever.. I am battling with network everyday, when u text on their WhatsApp they do not answer or they reply after days. I tried complaining on their email but no change.. All they do is always issuing out ticket numbers always.. I am fed up I spoke, with them that I am working from home. now I always have glitch at work because of network

And what annoys the most is that we can't reach them at all they do not have land line numbers or any numbers that we can get them from. We only using WhatsApp numbers which is unreachable.
