Vumatel issue

I have been struggling for 4 weeks to get my fibre installed. They give no feed back, when you call them they don't answer, and when they eventually do show up to work they don't complete the jobs just leave with more empty promises. Needles to say we're going on 5 weeks now and my issues are still not resulved. I would not recommend using vumatel they should be slowtel at this point
