Vumatel is worse than ESKOM

The only company worse than Eskom in South Africa. The difference between Vumatell and Eskom might seem subtle but in reality. Eskom keeps a service running 70% of the time .where as Vumatell cannot install fibre after 2 months. Your company is pathetic, ********** and should go out of bussness. You give me a reference number but cannot seem to pick up your own reference number.You have your staff call me to book an installation but fail to pitch up on the day.you do not call to rectify or rebook you just cancel the order.Shame on you vumatel.I would advise everyone stay away from this comapany and any company working under them. Look for wireless solutions paying more is better than not having internet at all.
