Vumatel is very unprofessional

Good day

Vumatel technicians arrived at my home 3weeks ago to fault find where the break in my fibre cable was.

The two male technicians destroyed the plants infront of my house, left the fibre cable laying loose and flying around in the wind and left the fibre box in the home laying dismantled with parts everywhere.

I tried to call them the next day to report this but that was a struggle

I eventually got through to my ISP - Mweb and logged 3 separate calls in the space of 10working days to try and resolve this matter and make a complaint about the service recieved and the state they left my home in.

I took pictures and emailed this to the Mweb consultant who assured me I would get feedback on this.

I never did.

The cable was replaced by a third party company a few weeks later but no feedback was ever given on the complaint I feel I had to raise.

So now Im logging this one here.
