Vumatel is utterly useless

Vumatel is absolutely useless. This is the 3rd review of them and all I can say is that I will never recommend them to anyone. We still do not have fibre even after a technician came this morning and said all that needs to happen is for everything to be configured. He was holding the NOT not when he said this. Oh and also.he was waiting for me outside. ( Only arrived 45 mins after that he was waiting for me). I have now been told that there is a problem and the fibre and NOT cannot be configured until they find the problem. Even though I have been told a few times that everything is alright. I am so disappointed now and hate that I have had to resort to using public platforms to get any action from this company.
