Vumatel is useless

VUMATEL's service is totally useless. In last week it has been down for over 30 hours. I am loosing money, but they don't care and yet still want their monthly payment. Unfortunately in my area I do not have any other provider, otherwise I would have changed service providers... Only response is that the technicians is busy with it, but they cannot tell you with what or what is the ETA.
