Vumatel is useless

Vumatel has been down for more than 3 days continuously - no feedback to customers and no solution in sight. This has been a constant problem with them for months now and the worst is, there is no way to contact them directly! The only information available is a notice on their website that Syringa Sands Kempton Park has been experiencing an outage since 17 September. There is no further feedback.
