Vumatel is useless

Also wish I can give them -100 stars. Been fighting with my ISP and eventually cancelled my service with them because no internet for a month and a half. Only to find that the new ISP is also unable to provide me with internet as Vumatel is not willing to give anyone answers, not even the ISP as to why they refuse to come and investigate what the problem is with the fibre connection at my house.
