Vumatel is useless

our entire neighborhood has been down without fiber since last week Friday(1st April) due to city water digging up the pavement! despite numerous complaints and requests for help, Vumatel has done absolutely NOTHING to address the problem!! It is mind boggling to think that a company which purports to be a service provider can be so slack! we use Vumatel via Cool Ideas who have at least had the courtesy to say that the matter is out of their hands! i would advise that NO_ONE uses Vumatel!
