Vumatel is useless and I conciderate

A Vumatel agent called me on Monday morning at 09:38am to arrange my installation, after I advised the ISP that it is a reconnection and not an installation. At 09:40 I receive a nail that they cannot get hold of me. At 09:58am I get a call from the technician and arrange to have them at my house at 3pm for inspection and reconnection. They never came or even phoned. The technician then arrived at my house on Tuesday morning, without prior arrangement. It was agreed, and stipulated on the ISP website that it has been arranged they will come at 12:00 on Friday. I had to call to find out where they were, and they only arrived at 3pm. Only to tell me then that the current line belongs to another installer and they can't switch it on. If the promises were followed and they were here on Monday as agreed, everything would have been sorted, but the have absolutely no regard for customers or their customers time. Good luck dealing with Vumatel. Useless is an understatement.
