Vumatel is useless

Absolutely useless, every few days we have an issue with the WiFi and Vumatel doesn't seem to care about it and what a stupid system that we have to contact our ISP to get them to contact Vumatel. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Who in their right minds cuts the WiFi connection from 9 o clock at night to supposedly do maintenance across the entire province when my next door neighbor still has WiFi and I don't
