VUMATEL IS USELESS

Absolutely pathetic service, I am forced to use this useless provider and I have signed up my fibre worked fine for one week and now I see its been cancelled as per my ISP provider. This is ridiculous as you guys have no customer service. I dont know who would even start a useless company like this honestly. I am working from home and your incapacity is affecting my work.
