Vumatel is useless

After struggling to actually get the fibre installation done (that in itself is a story of note), it has now been a month and the service is not working. Between myself and Vox, we must have called Vumatel in excess of 20 times and each time we are given the runaround that it is not their problem until yesterday when I finally got to speak to a manager who immediately admitted that he could see the problem straight away on his side and that he would escalate to their tier 2 service dept to resolve. At the moment of writing this, it is STILL NOT WORKING!!! I should have just stuck with Openserve. Although their offering for the same price is slower, it worked from day one. I would not recommend Vumatel to anyone and if this is not resolved today, I will be cancelling and instituting action to recover all the money I have lost due to this non existent service.
