VUMATEL IS UNPROFFETIONAL AND USELESS HELP!!!

I'm very not impressed with how your stuff is lying. First you called yesterday 07 February 2022. they also call me yesterday to confirm installation today at 8:00 when I call this morning AT 09:30, they said someone as we were speaking someone was on my way and I had to cancel everything to wait for lies unprofessional stuff maybe they think I got nothing to do but wait for them playing games yesterday I also call your OFFICE center spoke to a lady that said I should wait/ hold which she just hang up on me, THE OTHER ONE TOLD ME THE MANAGER IS GOING TO CALL ME AFTER FINDING OUT WHAT THE HOLD OUT, AND HE DID NOT CALL ME TILL NOW, NO SMS , NO EMAIL THEY JUST KEEPING QUIET, AND I PAID. i TODAY 09/02/20221 AT 09:30 i CALL THIS NUMBER AS USUALLY *** HE SUPPOSSLY IN CHARGE OF INSTALLING VUMA FIBRE HE PRETENDED AS IF HE CANT HEAR AS SOON AS HE REALISE THAT IT WAS ME AGAIN i WAS USING ANOTHER NUMBER BECOUSE HIS BEEN AVOIDING MY CALLS I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO NEXT PLEASE HELP HELP HELP SOMEONE
