Vumatel is Unprofessional

I paid my subscription/installation fee on 1st of Feb, to this day (16th Feb) I haven't heard anything from them. Their agents are clueless about everything. Their website doesn't have phone numbers you can contact to escalate the matter. Really useless. I would not recommend it to anyone.
