Vumatel is trying to ****** money from me!!!

Vumatel technicians damage your cables now i must be the one paying for a reinstallation🤔🤔How the hell is that my fault???whole week without WIFI but its fully paid😡😡😡I never had any problem with my WIFI until Vumatel Fibre technicians came and started digging outside my yard,fixing my neighbours WIFI...as soon as they left my WIFI goes down nxa.Been calling them since Saturday logging cases but still no WIFI.Instead im being told about reinstallation fee for something i never even damaged by people i never called😡😡No one is giving me a solution...had to contact my isp as well @Webafrica im being told about 48 hours too mxm but i told them ive been logging cases since Saturday with Vumatel😡😡🚮🚮

I need my wifi restored as in today...i paid for it and i never damaged any cable,that im told to pay for reinstallation. Stop taking advantage of people nxa

I am not happy with this response...cause its already noon i am still without WIFI. Basically i paid for nothing and that is really affecting my daughter as she need wifi for her school work. This kind of treatment is nonsense. Im being sent pillar to post since i 1st logged a complain...why is that happening i need the services i paid for nxa

When i called yesterday 12 March i was told my case has been resolved of which that was a lie.How was it resolved if i don't have wifi,i will not be paying for any reinstallation fee...come fix your mess you have created finish and klaar!!!! Stop selling me lies and telling me you have escalated the matter where as you haven't.
