Vumatel is the worst with customer service
I am so angry because I have no connectivity since yesterday afternoon in Mdantsane. The LOS is red and I have been calling the customer care number yesterday and no one bothered to pick it up and assist, your whatsapp number is the worst with getting assistance. I don't know why they don't communicate if it's something affecting the area because they have our numbers as their customers. This is the last month you are getting my money.
