Vumatel is the worst when it comes to customer service and delivering a service.

I had my fibre line installed a week ago at home and its still not working, I have contacted them numerous times to ask for assistance but no one seems to be helping me, Vumatel looks good on paper but they are useless when it comes to delivering a service, I regret the decision made regarding taking out fibre with them, they are useless. Thanks
