Vumatel is the worst to deal with.

Hi Vumatel hope your doing well, so i have ordered a fibre line for my client because unfortunately you are the only fibre provider in the area, so install happened a week ago and we got confirmation from you stating install has been done so i sent a technician out there to get the router setup only to receive information that you have not completed the order at your *********** H/O so its costing me as a reseller monies to get a tech there to setup the router you are the worst fibre provider in South Africa and i can say this with confidence as i work with all other fibre providers and you can actually call them and sort issues out where you hide behind your website and your no response emails get a grip and to top it off you are the most expensive fibre provider in SA wow
