Vumatel is the worst service providers in SA
I am very dissapointed with Vuma and SADV, they are the worst service providers ever, I paid on the 1st of July 2024, today is the 3rd of July 2024 and still no internet connection. When I call Vuma they keep saying they will follow up with SADV and it's a 48 hours SLA so does that mean we have to be without internet for 3 full days before we can get assisted. This has to be reported somewhere these two companies must just close down cause they are useless and causing so much anxiety and stress for people.

03 Jul 2024, 09:37After 3 days of struggling to get re-connected I phoned Vumatel this morning and asked to speak to someone Superior Nyiko who is the call centre team leader was the only person who could help me ,I spoke to him for less than 10minutes and got connected instantly. Thank you so much Nyiko from Vumatel, we need more people like you in that business and your agents definetly need some training.
