VUMATEL IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

If I can score 0 Rating I would. Our WIFI has been down since Tuesday (26Mar) and reported it directly to Vodacom Fibre who has reported the issue with Vumatel. This has been escalated and receive ticket numbers but NO ONE can advise what the issue is. Vodacom Sales in Vanderbijlpark is trying to assist us but Vumatel doesnt even respond to Vodacom. We only receive a message it has been escalated - Not sure where to??? We run a business from home and my son does online schooling and this is very frustrating as we are paying R769 pm for NO SERVICE
