VUMATEL IS THE WORST PROVIDER EVER. NO INTERNET AGAIN FOR 3 DAYS . NOBODY CALLS YOU BACK OR HELPS YOU

Vumatel is the worst provider of fiber service ever. They tell you to wait 2 weeks for connection. Then they take 2 days to connect you and then you have internet it keeps on dropping. This whole weekend I had to struggle between buying data to get my work done. They quick to take your money but when you pay for something you don't get. I called Mweb their is no problem on their side.... again i had to wait 3 days and now my internet is down again. Nobody calls you back. Over the weekends these people don't work. Worst service every. I would not recommend them to them anyone !!!!!!!
