Vumatel is the worst provider ever

Vuma is the worst provider ever. Every week there is an issue with them and it takes them 2-3 days to resolve it. Their response time is pathetic Every week for about 2-3 we have no internet! When they come to " resolve" they come late afternoon and give excuses and come back the next day late afternoon too. What kind of service is this ? I'll never recommend this **** to anyone.
