Vumatel is the worst of the worst. Stay away to save yourself.

Vumatel, is the worst decision anyone could make and i found out the hard way. For the past 2 weeks my internet is on 2 minutes of 10 minutes, on 2 minutes of 10 minutes. Ive canceled my dstv and we fully depend on internet to watch whatever. For 2 weeks i dont have internet and today they deducted their moneys for nex months service already. Meaning im paying them for another month for no internet. The internet they are promising me is non existant. They are eating my money thats all they do. I phone regularly and they are logging tickets left right and center but no action. My problem cant be fixed but today they took my money again for next month. Will definitely be canceling next month.
