Vumatel is the worst Internet provider

Silversands has been out of internet for 4 days and Vuma doesn't even have ETA for the fix. Your call center consultant Kienan dropped the phone whilst I was asking him questions. This is unacceptable. Vumatel is the worst Internet service provider!!
