Vumatel is the worst ever

I have app**** fir a fibre line three months ago. Complained on halo peter almost two weeks ago. Got one phone call about the complaint and still no service delivery. This is the worst fibre company ever. They have installed fibre cables all around my house but skipped my house. After numerous phone calls and complaints no one has done anything to come and install a fibre line. Ofcourse i cant go to any other fibre company like tt conect because vumatel is the only company that has fibre lines in the area. Please can this be resolved this is the worst service ive ever recieved and im working in retail everyday of my life for the past 20 years. Customer service and customer satisfaction is supposed to be your no1 priority. But what do you care. You are useless. Please fix this problem
