Vumatel is the worst ever!!!

Vumatel and its workers are the most pathetic bunch of people I ever met. They are so unprofessional and never seem to fix or attend to any queries.

We had made payment on Friday the 19th April 2022 and on Saturday the 20th the technician came out to install the fibre however he could not finish the task as he claimed other technicians need to come in the following day to make sure we are connected to the outside poles so as to have network. The so called technicians indeed came the following day however to our dismay they did not go to the outside poles to fixx anything instead they said we will soon have connection. Its been well over a week and we still have no service. We have called them multiple times (reference number Isp734070 Isp***) we have sent emails to their so called lousy managers(Sphelele) who claimee they will action everything in less than 48hours however there is no action from their side till today.

So Vumatel is quick to take money from people and promise them good fibre connection but cannot even meet the simplest request.They are a bunch of imcompetent people who no nothing about customer satisfaction. Is this some kind of get Rich easy business? What kind of a business cannot even address a simple telephonic query.

Vumatel is the worst ever!!!! If we do not receive any response from them by the end of the day tomorrow we want our money back. We honestly cannot be supporting such an ill managed business.
