Vumatel is the worst don’t take up any offer from them

I have been without my fiber for 7 days I have called vuma everyday for around 7 to 8 times no one at vuma is able to help me including the mangers. I was told they closing now I will have to call back the next day. Call back the next day they say they will register my ONT. non of this has been done
