VUMATEL IS THE WORST

The service at vumatel are absolutely terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. We move to a new home and ifs been more than 3 weeks that we are struggling to get WiFi ,we are Vir Vox but the fibre like needs to be activated so that vox can also active the WiFi networks (line). It's been emailing back and forth an phone calls back and forth with NO LUCK!!!

I would not recommend them to anyone, their service are terrible especially if you have a problem the needs to be resolved. I work from home and for 3 weeks I was not able to use wi-fi that was paid for.
