Vumatel is the worst

I've had no internet connection the whole day. Reached out to my ISP they said it was an issue with Vumatel and there was no information they could provide me. There's no way to get hold of Vumatel to find out what is happening. They aren't even posting any details or updates about this issue on their social media pages but you can see they are active because they are responding to everyone else with any other issue but this outage. What is so difficult about telling us there is a problem and when you think this problem will be fixed?! It's so frustrating just waiting out here and not knowing what is going on, we work from home, we need to give feedback at work, we need to know if we need to make other plans. It's the silence that's making me really mad!
