Vumatel is the Worst

Worst fibre services ever. The line I have taken with Vumatel throught Afrihost is the worst and I always have outages and they take so long before they resposd to escalated tickets. Outages 3 to 4 times a month bit makes sure they take the full amount for the service even though I hardly ever have a connection. Worst thing I've ever had to deal with.
