VUMATEL IS THE WORST!

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Had my installation done on the 8th of September, they told me it takes about 5 working days to activate the line and receive an object number. It is going for two months now and still nothing. I call almost everyday and every single day there's a different story! They don't even have the decency to call and let you know what is going on and today they tell me I have to have it reinstalled, FOR WHAT?!! They don't respond to e-mails and refuse to put you through to someone in management. Seriously worst service ever!
