Vumatel is the worst.

I have had the worst customer experience ever with these *********** group of fools. It has now taken them 5 days and they still haven't completed their installation. Instead I received a email stating that my installation was completed with a object number. Turns out the object number they gave me belongs to another installation and already has a service activated on it. I was then told that I must log a ticket with service provider to remove the service so that they can correct their mistake. I really don't have anything good to say about this company and would strongly suggest other consumers to rather seek other providers.
