Vumatel is THE WORST!

What a HORRIBLE experience!!! Call centre agents tell lie after lie, we have been waiting since Thursday, when the installation was done, for our line to be activated. They keep saying they will get back to us, one person named Amanda even said they are at our premises when they clearly are NOT! I am losing my income due to their shoddy service as well as wasting MY airtime!! When I demanded to speak to the Manager, I was put on hold for 7 minutes and told they will call me back. We have phoned a total of 7 times TODAY ALONE!!!! Would never ever recommend them. Terrible service!!!! DO BETTER!
