Vumatel is the worst!!!!

Vumatel has the worst service ever. I have been without internet for a week and the technician came out and confirmed that the line should nou be back up and running, however the line has never been configured as it still shows VumaDefaultSSID. They keep telling us 24 - 48 hours but within a week nothing has been fixed. I am very disgusted with their service and will never recommend anyone else.
