Vumatel is the WORSE!!
Vumatel is the WORSE!!! I have Fibre through Webafrica as my ISP, I recently moved to new apartment and the infrastructure there is Vumatel, its been two weeks and few days and still my internet is not working. they sent two guys and they all do some check and tell me to wait for an hour and still no internet. the last guy changed my fibre box on the wall and when i check with WebAfrica they activated my line using the old FSAN. tickets are loged from Webafrica and still no action or solution. Worse of all they are not professional to update me on the ticket, you call and wait for 30 mins and the call wont reach the agent. i'm cancelling
