I wish I could rate them a 0, I was told that my fibre could not be installed because my area was unsafe, and then I was told that my refund would reflect in 7-14 business days, on the 12th day I sent them an email to request for the status of my refund and was told it was not initiated yet as the cancellation in and of itself had yet to be done. I am now sitting with a 400 rands loss, no fibre and no hope as to when my refund will be in my account. Feels like a horrible horrible dream.
