Vumatel is the most useless service provider ever
Useless doesn't even begin to describe how non existent Vumatel's customer service levels are.
Ever since you acquired SADV and put it under your care, it's been a disaster.
Three days with no service in our Estate. 3 days!!! Your "engineer" was here on Thursday and had to leave the Estate to "get a better signal elsewhere". You gotta be joking.
No accountability.
No feedback.
A bottomless pit of nothingness.

It appears that you cannot tweet on Vumatel's twitter page unless you're a verified user.
They wrote the book on Customer Experience I think?

31 Jul 2023, 08:24Good morning
We've heard nothing since Friday afternoon.
What is going on with this Vumatel fault please?
I have had to buy over 10GB of data since Thursday morning just to keep my business and my family running.
And I understand that this is a fact of life ie that technology breaks.
But to get no meaningful feedback on Thursday or Friday and ZERO feedback over the weekend is unacceptable.
Don't you agree?

31 Jul 2023, 17:14I see that we are back online.
What I need you to do is to confirm the cause of the fault.
It has been explained to me that Vumatel automatically disconnected a number of accounts on Thursday 27 July. These were all ex SADV accounts that were migrated to Vumatel when you acquired the SADV base.
The reality is that ZERO prior warning was given as to your intent to disconnect the accounts last week. You simply actioned the purge.
What makes matters worse is that you not only failed to proactively warn people that their accounts were about to be disconnected, but you have done ZERO since Thursday to tell us why. Not directly, or indirectly via our ISPs.
I'm waiting for your feedback.

01 Aug 2023, 12:29You are not telling me why "the connection lost configurations"
You are also not addressing the point I made in my last post that you randomly (and without warning) de-activated customers.
And giving no explanation as to why you chose to ignore customers who were inconvenienced by your "mass deactivation"
Please don't hide behind mumbo jumbo jargon.
