Vumatel is the BEST!

As a Parkrand, Boksburg resident, we are super lucky to have Vumatel come to our suburb! Their service and customer care is outstanding! Their staff is super friendly and always willing to help or answer any questions any time of the day and week. They really do go the extra mile to ensure that all residents are happy. During the whole trenching phase, the appointed Key Account Rep for Parkrand, Kearne Bok, created a WhatsApp group where he welcomed any comments, questions, concerns and always responded promptly, in a very professional and friendly way, even when some of the residents got difficult and rude. Whenever issues came up, he was on the job getting it fixed immediately. Along with Aiden Abrahams, our Assistant Project Manager, who was always around with a smiling face, keeping a watchful eye over the contractors and overseeing that everything gets done in a timely and professional, neat manner, I am super duper happy with Vumatel! Keep up the great work guys! Thanks for making Fibre a reality in our suburb. We have been waiting for SO LONG! Can't wait for the whole installation process to conclude so we can get hooked up to super fast internet!
