Vumatel is the @##% worst Fibre supplier!

We have a Fibre break in the line since the 24th of February 2023. Today is the 28th, still not fixes, pathetic. Isp is Vox. No matter how many times you raise the issue with your Isp they are literally helpless if Vumatel doesn't really do anything about it. Like a David vs Goliath. Vumatel engineers don't know what they are doing at all. No wonder Vumatel ditched their call centre in 2021.
