Vumatel is terrible

I've been without internet since May 19th. I've contacted my ISP, WebAfrica, and they said the fault is on Vumatels side. It has been nearly a week of awaiting a phonecall from a Vumatel agent. I have NO ability to make contact with Vumatel, and emails, twitter DM's are useless and fall on deaf ears. In all my life, I've never felt the need to escalate a matter to hellopeter.

Vumatel has a reputation for being the least customer-centric internet provider available. I wish that they took heed of the countless negative reviews and reworked their business model to focus less on sales, and more on customer retention.
