Vumatel is taking Arcata Bloemspruit like ******* 🤮

We’ve been without connection for the past 2 weeks flat and they seem not to be bothered. Come next week, they gonna deduct a month’s fee. Vumatel does not take it’s clients serious, that time our kids are matriculants who are currently writing their exams and I’m also on study leave writing my exams. We rely on WiFi as this is online, but Vumatel does not care.
