What a useless IPS this Vumatel is. I was warned by many people who've had bad experience with Vuma Reach Fibre but I decided to give it a try. I've been without internet access for 3 days now despite logging my issue with them via MWEB. What's most irritating is the fact that all consults keep telling me the same thing 'we've escalated your issue and you'll get feedback soon'. To this day, no one from VUMA has given me any update. I've paid upfront and I guess they don't give a God damn about my issues since they've already started chowing my money. *** Vumatel. Am in the process of canceling this nonsense.
