Vumatel is pathetic. Useless customer service and when a issue happens they always take their time with it

Please whatever you do, do not go with vumatel for fibre their customer service is terrible. I have an issue of my serial number not corresponding with my address and this leads to me not having fibre. This issue has been six weeks now and they still have done nothing about it. If I could go with open serve or anything other fibre provider in my area I probably would of change long ago. What made it worse a vumatel technician came out to see to the problem last week Thursday 21st of October and still I have no internet access. Vumatel clearly made the mistake but it seems like I'm paying for their mistake. So I repeat whatever you do if you can go with another provider for installation of fibre I recommend do it. Vumatel is pathetic
